SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS
• Monitored the safety of UAW and outside contractor trades for Ford Motor Company during demolition, construction, and retooling tasks with 100,000 man-hours worked with zero OSHA reportable, lost time, incident, nor a first aid.
• Saved a manufacturing company $2 million per year in disposal costs through fact-finding research that improved the waste minimization program.
• Assisted in lowering company’s “Experience Modification Rate” (EMR) to an historic company low of 0.27 with the established safety standard set at 1.00 as good. The low “EMR” helped secure various projects during bid evaluation process.
